Interview
Did an initial video interview. 4/5 Questions with a 2 minute time frame per answer. The questions were about behaviour/situation, and could be answered by following the STAR method. To that an easy typing/email sort of test followed. The last step was the Interview with 2 Managers. Mostly the questions asked were behavioural and about the reasons why applied.

First was a Video interview and written email exam with eight sets of questions, and after two managers on the final interview, a 30 to 45 mins range with 10 to 11 questions mostly situational questions
