      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Instructure

      Interview

It was 4 rounds interview with 5 people altogether. Started with the Director, few Managers, Global VP and the Regional GM. Personally I find the interview was refreshing as it gotten to 3 to 4th stage it was more of "this is the situation - would you want to still take up this role?" Not very difficult question was thrown and the whole process felt quite easy for me.

Scenario based questions like if you are met with this challenge, how would you overcome it? Some examples would help.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Instructure (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jul 2015

      Interview

Seems like it's completely disorganized. For a company that has great Glassdoor reviews and positive growth projections, you would think that they had this very important process figured out. I applied online and I haven't heard back. It's been 3 weeks now. For the courtesy of the potential candidates, please don't leave them in the gray. Many of us have to make plans depending on our employment status. Because of this broken process, my guess is that they miss out on A LOT of talent or think that they have enough talent and aren't planning on bringing on more. Maybe getting recognized as the best company to work for in Utah is getting to the senior leadership's head. Wake up call: there are plenty of great companies in UT that will jump on the talent in a timely and respectable manner.
