Interview
Initially contacted via email from the Director of HR to schedule a phone interview. The next step was to have a zoom interview with the COO and Director of Member Engagement. The Director of HR spoke with me for 5 minutes prior to introducing the COO and Director of Member Engagement. Apparently they couldn’t hear me and the COO was quick to blame it on my electronic device (It was obvious she was irritated). I had no issue during the 5 minute conversation with the Director of HR. Besides, I’ve used a variety of electronic devices and never had an issue during a zoom meeting. According to reviews from former employees, the COO is quick to blame others for her shortcomings. She has been with the company for nearly 40 years and I would imagine she is set in her ways. A new CEO was appointed on June 1st and hopefully she will not allow the COO to continue negatively impacting the culture of the company. I researched the company prior to applying and disregarded the reviews on Glassdoor. Lesson learned! However, the Director of Member Engagement was poised, polished and professional! The Director of Member Engagement is a perfect role model for the company and the COO needs to take notice.

Interview
Quite easy. Finish an Income/ Expense calculation test and regular behavior questions. Talk with HR and Senior Analyst one by one. They are quite nice, no need to be too nervous
