Institute for Advanced Study interview questions

The HR director reached out to me via email to schedule a phone Interview. Concluding the phone interview they invited me in for an in person meeting and official interview with Supervisor, Faculty and HR Director.

the guys with whom I interviewed asked me tell him about my experience and then, asked me questions like about 10 in general. Then he ask me do I have any questions for him. I did and up to the end he told me we make a decision in about week and let you know. but it never happens.
