Instinct Operations interview questions

The longest most drawn out process ever. Interviewed with everyone but the CEO's dog. I don't think there was one question that wasn't asked. Interviewed 1 on 1 and in groups. On the phone and in person..6 total interviews Everyone talked about change, ability to change, change is hard, adjusting to change, lets change the supply chain..etc...once I got hired NO one wanted to change. No interest.
