Instem interview questions

Has to be one of the best interviewing experiences I have had. After applying, a screening call was had with one of the talent team. Then followed by a conversation with the CTO. Then finally a conversation with their private equity company that currently own Instem. All interviews were well structured and gave plenty of time for me to ask questions. When talking to anyone at Instem, you instantly see the passion and drive behind the company. Communication was brilliant between interviews and excellent feedback was given. Dom and Kate did a brilliant job keeping me informed all the way to my first day.

Applied online and was contacted by HR 4 weeks later. Very cordial, apologized for length of time and said the role changed from remote to on-site and asked if I was open to relocate. Responded immediately with yes. Didn't hear back for 2 weeks and ended up getting a form response rejection letter. Very impersonal and unprofessional.
