Initially applied for the position online. First phase was a phone screen with Brooke Kithcart. After passing that with flying colors, I had an interview with the hiring manager. The interviews went well initially, but this is where things started to go off the rails a bit. Red flag number one. I was asked to pull together a two-page policy document to respond to a law being implemented. In fairness, I should have seen this as free consulting and declined... but I did do the assignment. Red flag number two, I was asked to have panel interviews with seven, yes SEVEN people over a span of four hours. This was by far the most exhausting interview process ever. What made it worse is rather than scheduling a panel with all the interviewers together, you had about 20-30min sit downs with them individually with all of them asking virtually the same questions. Finally, after this exhausting process I got a standard rejection email about two weeks later. All in all, this was a total waste of time. The only positive thing I got from the experience was a free mug and $25 gift card to Instacart for the trouble.
