Interview
It was a series of behavioral interviews, starting with HR, then my would-be manager, and then a series of back-to-back interviews with different leaders throughout the organization. HR followed up pretty quickly throughout the process, but at the end ghosted me for two months before informing me that the position had actually been eliminated due to lack of necessity.
