Applied and heard from a recruiter a few days later to schedule a phone interview because he loved my "background and would like to move you forward in the interview process." I filled out one of those Greenhouse availability calendars and never heard back. A complete waste of time and just a signal that they clearly do not respect applicants.

This was for a *contract* position, first of all. A few rounds of interviews over the course of nearly a month. And then, rather than an offer or any substantial feedback, rejected and the job was reposted.
