Interview
Held over zoom, lasted around 30 minutes. Not a great experience, the interviewers came across as patronising, talked to people off camera, checked phones etc. Didn’t believe that I had come from a full service agency, and both laughed when I explained that my current agency operated on a four day work week.
I got the impression that their staff are overworked and that the work/life balance isn’t good.
The interviewers were together in the office and did not seem to be 2 metres apart.
