I was contacted by a recruiter. The hiring manager's interview preceded the scheduled phone screen. I had two additional interviews. All of the interviews were very informal, which was nice. They promised to contact me about the position by the end of the week. Two weeks had gone by, and I had not heard from anyone. I received a feedback survey, which made me suspicious. I checked my application and saw that I was no longer under consideration. I never received a call or rejection letter.
