First, I had a brief phone interview with an employee with standard interview questions. A couple hours later I was emailed asking to set up a time to come for an in-person interview. I met with a department director and the employee I spoke to on the phone. The next morning I was contacted to set up an interview with the CEO/boss, and then offered the job a day or two after I met with him. Everyone was friendly, non-intimidating, and the process felt smooth and professional.
