Question 1
What was one the most difficult situations you faced when dealing with a customer/client? How did you resolve the issue?
Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.
The interview process was around three weeks, with both virtual and in-person interviews. A recruiter reached out, then passed my application on to another recruiter. It was a long series of phone calls before scheduling a Zoom with two people that worked in the office.
The first step in the process was the recruiter call which lasted about 15 minutes, then had the hiring manager call, then negotiated back through the recruiter for next steps and feedback.
