I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Their hiring process is...different. I could tell I was being assessed on my looks and personality...not actual skills I could bring to the company. Most dumbed down interview I've had, don't worry there are no behavioral questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why did you choose your college
Why do you want to live here
What do you like doing for fun
Tell me about yourself-then they rant on about their company
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
