      Product Marketing Manager Interview

      5 Feb 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Pleasant Grove, UT
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at InsCipher (Pleasant Grove, UT) in Jan 2021

      Interview

Archaic application process. Asks for resume and still requires you to fill out every single detail. Relying on the poor experience and non-innovative way says a lot about the self-proclaimed tech company who states they have no competition in their market. This red flag indicates a lack of innovation and closed minded culture.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Would you like to innovate a companies marketing channels and sit back and look at what you have created? How do you handle innovative ideas not being approved of? Do you enjoy dominating a market that has zero competition?
