Interview
I was offered a test task after an interview with a recruiter. I completed the task and subsequently had an interview with three engineers. Unlike interviews at Facebook or Bloomberg, which require problem-solving skills (such as leetcode tasks and architecture questions), they asked a lot of detailed questions about the Rust programming language.

Test task before interview: to design simple blockchain protocol, develop async function for parsing messages from this protocol, describe or implement. 3-4 hours needed by description of task, but I spend two days.
