Contacted by phone to set interview and discussed job details. Invited to face to face interview at location. Met with a Supervisor first, then met with a manager. Both individually at the company discussing my background and future plans.

Meet 3 people that will all ask you the same questions. One interviewer was unprepared had to wait 30 minutes and come back because they had an unexpected meeting in the middle of my interview. Unprofessional. Inadvertently shows how they value employees. Was impressed that I came prepared, that scared me. They were weird from the jump.
