Interview process consists of several steps. First step was with 2 hr specialists. And we made a conversation in 2 languages(English and Russian). I liked the interview process, questions were about projects which I have participated and to check my soft skills.

1 Assessment day in Slough.
Beginning with short 5-minute presentation in front of 2 senior management staff.
Prioritisation test, given sample work scenario, including prioritising emails and recommending new office re-location based on financial factors.
Short code test, review and fix sample code.
Final group exercise.

Very thorough day in a London hotel, where we had to do a group activity, interview, presentation and various tests, testing both management and technical ability. The presentation happens during your interview, so if you do it on your dissertation or a similar project, remember to have other things to talk about during the actual interview!
