Interview
The Interview process was very straightforward and easy. They want to make sure you are comfortable speaking with people face to face. I had mine first with the director and then the second interview was with the HR manager. Afterwards you must pass an Excel test with several basic exercises.

Why did you apply for this job? What are your goals for this position?
The interview process was disjointed and hard to track. I submitted a résumé and cover letter and then didn't get any sort of confirmation they were received. Later I got a call to schedule a phone interview which was then cancelled at the last minute. Finally had the phone interview, followed up with a face-to-face interview at an airport. I didn't hear anything for a while then unexpected got a job offer via email.

Interview
Initial interview with CEO of company to discuss basics of how the organization is run, and how GPO's in general work. Then met with VP and AVP of customer care department. Discussed potential roles, previous experience, and gave resume. Was called back 2 weeks later for interview with director of HR. Recieved offer that afternoon
