The interview process wasnt too long however they ask you to do a random lab experiement based off given instructions overall the interview wasnt bad the lady is very friendly

I was asked basic interview questions by two full time staff members. The interview took about half an hour. It was very easy and they were friendly and casual. I applied via email and set up an interview via email. That is also how I was offered the job. If they want to hire you, they background check you and then you are official offered the position.

Interview
The hiring and interview process is slightly competitive where there is usually around 7 or 8 students interviewing for one position. There is only one interview and then the news of whether or not you received the position. The interview is usually with two staff members who you will be working for therefore a need for knowledge of position applying for is necessary.
