First stage very nice and proffessional. Second interview was rather weird - manager wasn't really prepared and seemed to lead interview for the first time. No competency questions prepared, I had an impression he was waiting for me to day something. Weird experience.

I was a phone call from HR department for 30 minutes. First, I introduced myself and explained my career experience. Then HR manager wanted to learn if I know about company structure, company details and position details. Ans asked 2-3 more questions.
