Inland Imaging Business Associates interview questions

Applied online, 2 weeks later received an interview request via email. Met with a manager of the department. One on one sit down. I was informed at the end of the interview..."They hire a lot of family and friends". Don't waste your time this is the reason they are ALWAYS HIRING.

The interview process was pretty straight forward with the exception that everything was done by phone. The job description is certainly not all encompassing and they like to add requirements after an offer has been made, such as being on call every 8 weeks for 1 week. This is not normal for an analyst position. Also, after the initial offer was made I countered and was told they would get back to me in four days. Two weeks later I reached out to confirm nothing was happening.
