3 interviews - 1.5 hours each. Overall the beggining of the recruitment process was smooth and pleasant. A lot of behavioral and situational questions, sometimes repetitive. They asked for all possible details, including the names of my previous managers. They expect you to know the product very well from the first interview, so make sure you go well prepared if you decide to apply.
Some questions were very vague, for example, "What was the main challenge in your career?". After you give an answer they say that it's not what they want to hear and ask for another example, which is a pretty confusing experience. Why not specify what type of example you want to hear from the begginig?
Overall it's visible that it's a very raw startup. There is not really a structure in the interview process, so you don't know really know what to expect and how to prepare. They sent a company introduction presentation before the last step, maybe it was done on purpose but I just had an impression that forgot to do it earlier.
For example, on the last interview that they explained "the interview to understand if you are a culture fit" they were digging into technical details of my experience, hard skills, product and market knowledge which was a bit unusual.
