Interviewed first with a panel that included the CEO and the director of production. It was unusual as they asked next to no question on my approach to project management, task tracking, risk management, etc. Instead, they asked for details about my previous projects in the defense world. I got the feeling they were looking for someone who could provide them with contacts over anything else.
A clear red flag was lots of talk of "fast paced" and "tight deadlines".
Second interview was with two creative vision folks. Again few questions about how I would do the job. One odd point they mentioned several times was how people who have left there went on to do great things at Apple, Facebook, etc. It seemed an odd way to promote your company by talking up how well people did after they left.
After these two interviews, they indicated they would get back to me for the next steps. I was never contacted again despite me emailing the recruiter.
