I applied to a position and got a call from a recruiter soon after. I was referred to a different recruiter for another facility. After two rounds of phone interviews, I was invited for a site interview. Questions asked on site were situational/behavioral type, regarding my interfacing with production, and equipment familiarity. The staff was friendly but got no feedback after the interview.

I had a phone interview with my prospective boss and his boss, which was then followed by an on-site interview with HR and plant management. I also met the team and had a plant tour.
