easy to answer, welcoming people Lean Six Sigma projects are focused initiatives that aim to improve processes, reduce defects, eliminate waste, and enhance overall business performance. These projects follow the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology in Six Sigma or other problem-solving approaches.
- Can you provide an example of a Lean Six Sigma project you've worked on or have knowledge of?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ingersoll Rand (Warsaw, Masovia) in Apr 2023
The process was quick and very informative. I've been informed about all the stages, possible time it would take for all of them, and all the dates were comforatbly adjusted to match my timeslots.
- The questions were about both core JS, TS and frontend frameworks/libraries (namely React). Questions were related to real-life use cases, there was no overly theoretical questions.

They do an initial phone screening and after that you go thru an in person interview with HR and plant manager, and one other depending on position applied for. You go over your work experience and why you left each and would you be comfortable with them contacting. If you are given a conditional offer then you do a background and drug test. As long as all is well with that they give you a start date.
- They wanted to know what computer programs I was efficient in and wanted to know if I was familiar with SAP and the extent of my knowledge of receiving and MIGO. If I am.or have been certified on forklifts and other wahouse machinery.

Process was long, at least 5 interviews, 1 per month or so. You start with human resources then direct report up his manager, then territory manager. Last interview was with HR to discuss compensation.
- Where do you see yourself 5 yers from now?

Routine interview process. Building and setup are old school. Goals of hiring and reporting officer not aligned. Backward people manage ment policy. Upfront communication of no promotion within first three years in the role.
- Routine questions with no real interest of the candidate. More keen to find a cheap candidate. Good fit for candidate who prefer stable job.

Simple, quick and this was Gardner Denver seal Business. I think they do not own it any more. Interviewed locally, amongst a team of 3. They decided and offered job quickly
- Why are you leaving existing position

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Ingersoll Rand in Dec 2022
We had a screening call, pretty straightforward. I learned the salary for this position is 31k-33k czk. This is very low given the cost of living of Brno. Know what you are worth, do not accept this if you have a degree and experience!
- Will you be able to commute/relocate?

Long Interview process for Territory Sales Manager role. Nearly a month in, IR added a second panel interview as a “formality” with little prep time. This came after being told by HR I was their lead candidate and that things should be wrapped up shortly. Was also told by the hiring manager and HR coordinator that I could contact them at any time for updates and questions. I had to reach out three times to find out another candidate was offered the position. I was eventually told I was their 1B option and asked I would be interested in a newly opened territory. I declined solely because both primary contacts inconsiderately ignored my update requests leaving me in the dark. The classlessness and cowardice showed to not even provide the bad news is very telling. I am embarrassed for IR at how this was handled. Dodged a bullet not working for this organization. Old companies with old thinkers never change. Hope future prospects learn from this post, I doubt a company this big will even care.
- Explain in STAR format your most impressive win.

Interview had no technical-based questions. It was all situational-based. Meaning they would ask you to name a situation when you had to deal with difficult teammates or deadlines or priorities, and how did you resolve that issue/situation.
- Please describe a time when you had competing priorities with deadlines looming. What did you do and how did you resolve that situation?
