I attended three offline rounds:
1st – Technical round
2nd – Practical round
3rd – Scheduled salary discussion, but they took another full technical interview instead
In every round, I had to wait for almost 1 hour, which clearly shows they don’t value a candidate’s time.
The final feedback stated “basic concepts not clear”, which makes no sense — because if basics were not clear, I wouldn’t have been taken through multiple rounds or another hour-long technical interview during HR discussion.
There was a clear lack of transparency, poor coordination, and a very unprofessional experience overall.
Advice to Management:
Please respect candidates’ time and provide honest feedback. Maintain clear communication and don’t mislead candidates about interview rounds
