Interview
First of all, they send you a coding task for you to finish within two days, after that human resource would call you for basic information as phone screen, then a paper testing and hands-on coding with their computer. if everything is good, they will make an interview with IT director for some high level questions and behavioral questions. if you went through that well, you can get the offer.
