I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infotools (Bellevue, WA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I interviewed with everyone who worked at the office, and because of that the process took a decent amount of time. It started with a one-on-one Skype call from the hiring team manager, which then followed up with two more Skype interviews from his peers at that level. Afterwards, I was flown in from another state to interview and meet the team. Then, I was given a skills test (a mock-up of my daily tasks), and another round of interview via panel and one-on-one sessions again.
Overall, questions ranged from standard (why do you want to work here, what in your previous position prepared you for this, why do you want to work here, etc.), to more quirky (if you had unlimited time and unlimited money, what would you do with your life; what are your hobbies; etc.). You get the feel that everyone in the office works closely together; it's practically a family. Everyone is very casual and goes out of their way to help. They really are interested in you outside of your skill set, and want someone who vibes well with the team.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infotools (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2015
Interview
They asked the standard behavioral type of questions in various rounds.
1) Was a one-to-one
2) Group/ Panel
3) Peer-to-Peer Interview etc
Very impressed with the hiring managers, managing director and the rest of the colleagues whom I had met. Infotools' Seattle office is expanding and everyone feels like a big family whilst working together.
The only element that I found a little difficult was the Infotools case study.
Overall, an excellent experience and turn-around time was really good. Their decision-making process was quick!
