Assessment Center (online) - Group task, individual task and an interview with two hiring managers (50 candidates in total, all day, very competitive, strong candidates)

Assessment centre had 50 people, and final round had 20, of which approximately 8 were hired for the scheme, although you can be invited for other open roles. Difficult finance based technical challenge at the final round. Very lovely hiring team.

Interview
It was a virtual assessment centre that had standard tasks and interview questions. The day comprised of a group presentation task, a 30 minute report summary and a 30-45 minute interview.
