I was approached by Infor for an opening they had and I started interviewing and had about 7/8 interviews with different VPs and managers. I was not kept informed in between on when is the next step and i got good feedback after these interviews. After investing more than 8 hours on just interviews and call & after weeks of being involved in the process I was informed that I was great and they dont have any concerns ... but they decided to give the job to someone internally. I just wish there was more consideration to the human at the other end that was involved for weeks without being informed at all times. On the other hand the internal recruiters i spoke to were amazing and were really nice and professional. It may be just bad luck .. but this interaction with Infor did not leave a good impression for me
