I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infoblox
Interview
A very buttoned-up interview process. Clear on the directions, the steps, and expedited the process to ensure I was brought in earlier. Had initial convos with HR and then the hiring manager and then the team followed by the Executive Sponsor. It shows a maturity of the company.

Question 1
Give me an example during which you had to pivot on a dime due to a change in direction or something you discovered?

Applied for the role, and a recruiter reached out to me immediately to schedule a call a few days later. On the day of the interview, the recruiter canceled an hour before citing illness and said they would send a rescheduling link later that day. Four days pass, and still no word from the recruiter, so I follow up via email. Still no word. Now, almost two weeks later, the recruiter calls my cell to schedule an interview. No apology or reason for the delay. We schedule an interview. An hour before the interview, the recruiter calls me and leaves me a message, saying the position is being filled and they are making an offer to a candidate, but they'd reach out if something opens up. Then an hour later, the recruiter texted me using the wrong name and asking for my address. I correct them and remind them it is me. Just a bizarre and unprofessional experience that completely turned me off from applying for this company ever again.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infoblox in Dec 2018
Interview
I received an unscheduled phone call from an unknown number a few days after applying that felt hasty and rushed. The phone screener was a bit rude seemed to genuinely not care what I had to say - all in all, it felt like she begrudgingly called me because she had to and it lasted no more than 15 minutes. I will not being applying to Infoblox again.
