Had an initial screening with Recruiter, very unprofessional my opinion. I was asked to share Solutions Architecture documentation that I've developed in the past. I belive this is very unprofessional to ask anything you've developed for your prior company unless it is an open source.

I had several interviews: one with the recruiter to assess my motivations and learn about the company, one with the team manager, another technical interview, a panel interview where I had to present a case study, two other interviews with references, and a logic test.
Interview process was pretty easy, 3 rounds plus a test that is required to pass. Overall, a clear interview process. Offer was lower than expected compared to market with not much room to negotiate.

Neben regulären Interviews mit Recruiter, Hiring Manager und anderen Managern erfordert der psychometrische Test etwas Vorbereitung - die aber gut investiert war. Recruiting Team war gut erreichbar. Wie in US-Unternehmen üblich werden Referenzen angefragt und auch kontaktiert.
