Two round process, first with the director of the information desk then with the marketing director. To get the interview you need to impress the director in person. Then after you impress him you have to meet with the marketing director who can be intimidating!

Interview with the manager, standard questions. Weakness/strength, how are you with people. I knew by the end of the interview that I had the job. It was a paper application at that time, and they called to set up the interview.
