Influence Health interview questions

I applied to IH and I only interacted with their HR. She was very nice and helpful. Anyway, the problem I had was with the test. I received the test and there were 5 questions. There were problems which I found odd. On one question, they said my answer was great but not "optimized for performance." It handles "all the standard cases plus most edge cases." Fortunately, I do know what Big O notation -- unfortunately, I did not use it that time. On another, I decided not to answer this question but rather I gave them a pseudo-answer. I thought it be best to say "I don't know" rather try to smoke and mirror them. Can't win 'em all I suppose. Apparently another question had syntax issues but was correct logically. And on one question, I was docked points for writing the answer instead of returning it -- but yes, the logic was also correct despite having issues with it to run. I passed on the 5th answer because it was an advanced SQL JOIN tables question... for a JavaScript position. I know what they are, I've used them. As you can see, this process was bit convoluted. All of this feedback came from HR as HR told the development team to review my answers. Worst part was they told me to send the answers back in Google Docs. No, not Hackerrank, CodePen, JSBin, CodeSandbox, VS Code Code Share, Atom, CodeShare, CoderPad ... but rather on Word processing software. If I was somehow accepted to the next round, I'm not so sure I would have accepted. My only thought is they that missed a bracket when copying my code? I made sure to run my code via Sublime before pasting it in. Oh well.

Interviewer was enthusiastic, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. The interview lasted about 30 minutes or so. The responses during the interview seemed that she was very interested in my skillset.
