One day after applying for this role, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled it for the next day. At the last minute, the recruiter emailed me to cancel and advised to reschedule for next week. However, I saw time on her calendar for the rest of the week. I rescheduled and spoke with her briefly to discuss my qualifications and learn more about the role. She was nice, but didnât seem to be in the loop as talent partner. I was advised she will call me either way to let me know if the Customer Care Manager is interested in moving forward. A week passed and radio silence. I sent a follow up email and the recruiter stated she was meeting with the Hiring Manager(s) on Wednesday. The week concluded and still nothing. I sent another follow up email and this time received no response. Iâm unsure as to where the disconnect came from because I thought everything went well and the position is still posted. I was respectful of their time and would have appreciated the same courtesy.
