It was a phone call. There was no face to face interview process. They will hire anyone. No experience needed. If you have a pulse, you're hired. They hired 50 people at a time for training class.

1st you have a 10-15min phone interview then if your picked, they send you an onboarding email to complete along with instructions on how to get a drug test kit from them to send in, before you go through 2 weeks of training.
