Interview
The interview process simply involved taking some workplace safety tests, discussing availability, and ensuring that we represented Industrial Workforce favorably while on contract. The HR staff are very relaxed, and are used to taking on university students who are looking for flexible hours. Other than that, we just needed our bank and superannuation details ready. It is possible that they prefer to hire friends of existing workers, though.
