Initial interview was with the sales manager, afterwards I interviewed with the owner of the company. I will say, that the interview was very laid back, but now that I think back on it, it was a result of the immature nature of the owner. Be wary, these guys are sales people so they will make it appear as if you're joining a great company. Within the first few days of joining, I quickly realized this company is in financial trouble and mismanagement.
