Interview
The process was well coordinated and smooth. I was notified of the decision after two weeks. There were couple of stages in the process and was allowed to talk freely.
Two interviewers asked questions on my experience and skillsets for about an hour. Questions were not very technical and focused on my overall capacities and skills to conduct the role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Indufor (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Mar 2017

The interview process was done with several consultants. They had different questions about GIS expertise. Not all were experts, some asked very easy questions but questions were OK with field experience.
