The hiring and interview process was somewhat haphazard and had a couple of unexpected delays due to inadequate staffing. For a bit, I thought they were not interested in me as they were too busy with other things to remember to send me a confirmation that they wanted to hire me. Fortunately I got back to them and it all worked out.
