I interviewed at Indiana Government (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
You’ll start with a short introductory call with the team leads and managers, mainly to get familiar with the team, your background, and the general expectations of the role.
After that, there will be simple technical interviews focused on your past projects, data analysis skills, data visualization approaches, and some situational or problem-solving questions to understand how you think.
Finally, you’ll have a closing interview with the director, where they’ll evaluate overall fit, long-term potential, and how you align with the team’s goals.

Interview
Asked basic questions. Professional yet felt like it was reading off a script. Interview questions aren’t anything like actual job during this moment. More jail patients that should be in better facility equipped to handle them.
