I walked in and applied for the position, a few days later I received an opportunity for the interview. I and two others were interviewed at the same time for the job, due to the high influx of applicants. The interview was about an hour long. I needed to be creative, have experience working with children, and have some management for such. There was a series of questions asking about skill and capability to complete the day-to-day tasks required for the job. It was very straightforward.
