Introduction followed by two Personal interviews , followed by an HR round and one with Airport Manager or indigo Representative whosoever is available , They will generally ask about yourself and why do you want to join company

1. Very slow and they don't have a proper organized plan 2. They should avoid have huge number of candidates on the same day make the day very worse. 3. Arrangements are not proper made.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. You do need to have a good command over your language and also be prepared (read about the company). You need to be well groomed when you come to the interview (Men: shaved or trimmed beard. Women: Hair tied neatly in a bun and no loud make-up). Graduation is must for ground staff.
