I went through a staffing agency in order to get called in to this interview. The recruiter screened me first. After that, it was a one on one interview with the hiring manager. Basic interview questions. The hiring manager was very nice. It was a good discussion. Not too intimidating or difficult. The interview last for about 45 minutes. The hiring manager introduced me to some of the staff, which was nice. I also met with the director as well. She was nice too. The interview with her wasn't long. It was mostly with the hiring manager.
