I spent multiple rounds interviewing and the people there were very pleasant and "natural" interviewers, with the exception of the hiring manager. She was an analyst type and my guess was that she had little to no experience interviewing -- the style was somewhat offputting as it was transactional and counter to the rest of the folks at IRM. I suppose everyone has their own style?
