Interview
It was an informal interview and they explained more about the job scope. It was a brief explanation but there were certain terms to the job, such as a 2 year bond, etc.

I did an informal personality quiz and the interviewer explained that there are certain traits the boss is looking for.
Interview process was stressful. Feels like interviewer purposely make it difficult for you by asking very snarky questions. Created a very competitive and toxic atmosphere with the panel interview.
Good to prepare a plethora of leadership experiences because that is a huge focus. Also expect interviewers to actively find faults with your answers and response.
