      Software Engineer Interview

      19 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Included Health in Feb 2025

      Interview

Interview process involved multiple rounds 1st round was a technical and behavioural with hiring manager 2nd round was 2 technicals - system design and leetcode here 3rd round was a final behavioural. Seemingly did well, but received no offer and no decision. Followed up with recruiter, but was ghosted. A shame as they seemed like a good company with good culture, but can't help feeling burned by the last of response.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Asked a lot about what I was looking for in my next role. What my values were, what I hoped to get out of being at the company.

      Software Engineer Interview

      15 Apr 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Included Health in Mar 2025

      Interview

Applied online, then had recruiter screen. First round was technical phone screen which was fairly trivial but asked some questions that tested your knowledge of CS principles beyond leetcode. Next was a HM chat which was extremely casual. No technical questions. After that was the final round, which consisted of 1 sys design, 1 technical (FE for full stack) and 1 behavioral. These were all scheduled for 1.5 hours and were all on different days. I failed at the FE portion where they basically asked you to code up a screenshot of something from their website which was extremely ambiguous. It was frustrating because the interviewer said you could go in "any direction", such as focusing on making nice CSS or focusing on the functionality and didn't seem happy if you didn't stick to a particular avenue. Got rejected an hour later so didn't get a chance to do the behavioral.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

LC easy, standard system design related to their product and FE for full stack. You had to set up your own environment which was annoying.
