Super easy. I got an email to request an interview, the interview lasted about 30 minutes and was completely through chat online (not video chat). It was simple, easy and would definitley recommend interviewing this way to others.

I went through five rounds of interviews for this role, first with a recruiter, then with two administrative assistants, and finally with the two individuals I would be supporting. Each person asked nearly identical questions, which made the process feel repetitive and disorganized. It was unclear why the hiring team wasn’t sharing notes or coordinating their approach. After all of that, I received a generic rejection email from a no-reply address with no feedback or explanation. I followed up with the recruiter and never received a response.
