You submit your portfolio and wait for their call. They will call you in a week or two for meeting. They will say they will negotiate but won't they hire you in very low pay even if your work is outstanding. They will say we can pay you this much we will review you every three months and they negotiate the salary but they won't instead they will say they did not have that negotiation talk after you sign the contract.
